Otter Tail Lake boasts one of the finest, natural walleye fisheries in the state of Minnesota, while West Battle Lake is known for its trophy walleyes and muskellunge.

Over the years, the lakes have been home to many other water sports, such as; waterskiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, canoeing, and kayaking among other things. Given that Glendalough State Park is in the heart of the Lakes Area, it’s commonplace to see hiking, biking, jogging, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing in the park.
